By using School Technology, enrolling at Drew School, or engaging with our digital platforms, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Data is collected when you:

• Enroll a student or create an account
• Use Drew School Technology, devices, or applications

• Schedule tours, contact us for help, or communicate electronically
• Participate in instructional sessions, testing, or online classes

When you use Drew School Technology, certain data may be collected automatically, including:

• RFID devices – to track student locations within campus for safety

You may disable cookies in your browser, but some School Technology functions may not operate correctly.

We retain:

• Basic Capabilities data while the student is enrolled and up to five (5) years post-enrollment
• Extended Capabilities data for no more than fifty-two (52) weeks unless additional consent is given
• Anonymized data indefinitely for educational research

Transitory information not needed for long-term purposes will be deleted or de-identified sooner.

  1. International Transfers of Your Personal Data

Your data may be stored or processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where Drew School’s vendors operate.

By using School Technology, you consent to these data transfers under comparable privacy protections.

Parents and students may request access to their personal data, or ask for it to be deleted after departure, unless:

• Retained under the School’s data retention schedule
• De-identified for long-term research or reporting
